Hoe geef je een verouderd kantoorpand een tweede leven én draag je bij aan een duurzame toekomst? Aan de Laan van Meerdervoort in Den Haag hebben we dit vraagstuk opgelost door een zorgvuldige transformatie te realiseren. Het resultaat: vijf moderne, energiezuinige woningen van 45 tot 80 m².
Dankzij na-isolatie, vloerverwarming en -koeling, zonnepanelen, warmtepompen en nieuwe kozijnen hebben de woningen nu minimaal energielabel A++. Naast duurzaamheid stond ook de woonkwaliteit centraal. Slim ontworpen kastelementen en een doordacht lichtplan zorgen voor een praktisch en sfeervol interieur.
